Mission Statement
Shamma is dedicated to providing high-quality, reliable education to the people of Pakistan, ensuring that children from all backgrounds have access to knowledge and opportunities. Additionally, Shamma strives to offer safe and well-equipped facilities for orphans and other vulnerable children, helping them build a secure and hopeful future.
Activities

✓ Distributing food packages during Ramadan – Ensuring those in need can enjoy nutritious meals during this holy month, strengthening community support.

Income
The foundation’s primary source of income comes from donations, which are mainly received monthly via bank transactions.
Compensation Policy
The foundation does not aim to generate profit and has no intention of distributing funds to its founders, board members, employees, or any other individuals who are part of its structure or hold any interest in the organization.
Its focus remains solely on serving its mission and ensuring that resources are directed toward the communities and causes it supports.
Executive Board Stichting Shamma
Chairman – Qasam Hussain
Chairman: Leads board meetings, ensures effective governance, represents the foundation externally, and oversees strategic planning.
Secretary & Treasurer – Shohaib Raja
Secretary: Maintains records, prepares meeting minutes, ensures compliance with legal requirements, and manages board communications.
Treasurer: Oversees financial management, prepares budgets, ensures accurate bookkeeping, and reports financial status to the board.
General Board Member – Tayyab Babar
General Board Member: Supports overall decision-making, contributes to strategic planning, ensures transparency in operations, and helps promote Shamma’s mission. May also assist with fundraising, project oversight, or community outreach as needed.
