All praise be to Allah — last Saturday, the target amount was raised in no time. The follow-up steps moved quickly as well: on Monday, we signed the loan agreement with the brother and transferred the payment to the seller. Yesterday, the rickshaw was delivered.
Accountability: the exchange rate had slightly increased. As a result, this brand-new rickshaw cost €704.99 (equivalent to 130,000 PKR). A total of €1,030 had been raised. That leaves €325.01 remaining, which will be kept for future microfinance projects.
May Allah richly reward everyone who contributed. May He protect this brother and his family, grant barakah and success through this rickshaw, and enable them to help others as well. Ameen.
